What are the keys to getting the results you want?

In my experience the best way to reach your goals are to be consistent with your training and not worrying too much about results. If you are consistent with your training the results will come in time.

If you want to get fitter, build muscle or even get better at a sport then the way to get there is to stick with it. And a personal trainer will help you to stick with the programme.

Sure, you can get some quick results, but if you want to make long lasting and permanent change then you need to be able to stay on track and make positive changes to your lifestyle. Just 45 minutes of good quality training 3 to 4 times per week can be enough to get you to your goals. And if you are getting at least some of those sessions in with a good Personal Trainer (me 😊) then you will be well on your way to a fitter, healthier version of yourself.
